I believe in Christianity as I believe that the sun has risen; not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else.

Busy much?

Those who have crazy schedules, please stand!

If there was any possible way for me to stand and type this, believe me, I would.  My schedule has gone from mildly busy to all out, needing a bigger planner and actually forgetting about something, which believe, I never do.

Daily Reminders
The older we get, the crazier our lives seem to become, and the more stressful.  Between taking 23 hours, being in a demanding music ensemble, taking lessons on an extra instrument, becoming a full-fledged member of Sigma Alpha Iota (the women's music fraternity), joining and becoming the PR chair for the Women's Study's club, working out, working for my aunt, playing in the pep band, seeing my family, you could say I have a lot on my plate.  But when I look at that crazy schedule, I see more than just a full planner and long to-do list; I see opportunity.

Opportunity for me to become more involved on campus than I have been in the past.  Opportunity for me to meet more people; to make more friends.  I also see so many opportunities to learn!  I am one of those people who thrive under pressure, who exist for that stressful day.  This semester is the kind of semester I've been waiting for, a chance to kick butt and take names, to really push myself and see how are I can truly bend without breaking.

Because I know I won't break.  I forgot to mention something in my before-mentioned schedule: I have a break every day at 10:00 am, during which I spend time in the chapel on campus.  I pray the rosary, write in my prayer journal, read the Bible or other spiritual texts, and on Thursdays I have an entire hour of adoration with the Blessed Sacrament.

None of the things I want to accomplish this semester are feasible without the strength and talents God has given me; and what may seem impossible at first glance becomes a lot more possible when I let God into the equation.

I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.
Philippians 4:13

Good luck, and make this semester a good one! I'll do my best to keep on writing, pray for me and my crazy semester, because I know I'll be praying for you and yours.

Totus tuus,

LeAnn
